So I am finally in London! Yes, I am here and while I'm feeling a little sick (which meant I couldn't go to London today. Dang it!) I'm pretty settled. I had plane issues and it took around 36 hours from the time I got up Tuesday to the time I arrived at the dorm on Wednesday. I'll be updating it fairly regularly during my stay here.

Thanks. I wish you were here too. It's hard for me to make friends and since I promised Mom I wouldn't go anywhere alone I have to try and find people to go with me places. If you were here we could go together. And don't forget to read my blog. I probably won't be posting much of my trip here so you can go there to read what I'm up to and make comments. :)

Why is it hard for you to make friends, if you don't mind my asking? I get really interested in people's lives, and their communications with other people. I shall read it, darlin' =]

I'm just naturally a person who keeps to myself. I actually need that time alone, even if it's just an hour or two, to decompress or I get snappish and stressed. And I feel awkward talking to people sometimes. It's much easier for me to express myself online that it is to strike up a conversation and get to know someone. I am getting better at it though. I met a bunch of new people and made friends when I started at Western this past year.

Oooh, London. I love England almost as much as I love Scotland :) I hope you feel better soon so you can go into London! Take lots of pictures. And then share them :D

I have taken loads of pictures. It just actually posting them on the blog that takes time. I do post them on facebook, but that's hard for people to see unless I've friended them
